About the Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist at Kwayse, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating high-quality leads and booking sales calls for our web development, SEO, and Bubble.io app development services. Your role will involve creating outreach campaigns, engaging prospects, and nurturing leads to ensure they are primed for meaningful conversations with our sales team.
This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives on hitting targets, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable results. You’ll receive training and support but are expected to take ownership of the entire lead generation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and social media DMs to engage potential clients.
- Email Marketing: Write and optimize outreach templates to improve open rates, reply rates, and booking rates.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate on content ideas and create posts for our social channels to attract organic leads.
- Prospect Research: Identify high-potential businesses and decision-makers to target.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our ideal client profile.
- Call Booking: Schedule growth consultation calls directly into the calendars of our Founder or Sales Representatives.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics (e.g., open rates, reply rates, booked calls) to refine strategies.
- A/B Testing: Experiment with new outreach strategies and messaging to boost campaign effectiveness.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Filling the sales calendar with at least 1-3 booked calls per day.
- Consistently increasing the quality of leads and conversion rates.
- Writing and refining effective cold email and DM templates that generate replies.
- Creating a steady pipeline of potential clients.

- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
