Role Overview:
This role is not just about graphic design. We are looking for someone who can strategize, create, and manage social media content for multiple brands. You should be comfortable using Canva, have a keen eye for design, and be able to develop creative ideas that align with each client’s brand identity and objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple social media accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content ideas tailored to each client’s brand and target audience.

• Design high-quality social media posts using Canva (Photoshop experience is a plus but not required).

• Plan, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms.

• Write engaging captions and ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Monitor social media trends and apply relevant strategies to campaigns.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions.

• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

• Proficiency in Canva (Photoshop is NOT required for this role but can be a plus).

• Strong creative and design skills with an eye for detail.

• Excellent written and spoken English for clear communication.

• Ability to take initiative, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.

• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.

• Experience managing multiple accounts or working in an agency environment is a plus.
