The setup fee covers the complete setup and launch of your new company website, typically within 7 business days.
This means setting up your website and unlimited company emails on our super-fast cloud hosting, customising the design of the website and pages to match your company branding, collecting and adding the content you provide, and anything else needed to launch your website live onto the internet.
As part of the setup process we will add whatever content you have for free within seven days of you signing up, and use placeholder text and images where content is needed.
After this you will be able to go in and add or change text and images on your own. We’ll provide tutorials on how to do so.
If you wish for us to add more content for you in future, additional fees apply.
You may cancel your subscription at anytime before your next bill is due.
Once your plan has been cancelled you will loose access to your website and it will be taken offline.
We’ll keep a copy of the website files for 30 days just in case you change your mind. After this time we will destroy all website files.
You can sign up for a new subscription at any time in the future.
All pay monthly websites are on a monthly rolling basis which you can cancel at any time before your next bill is due.
Yes. All of our websites are built using a user friendly content management system, allowing you to make minor changes yourself such as uploading products, text, imagery etc. We offer video tutorials for those who want to learn the basics of editing their website content.
This is a subscription service giving you access to professionally designed website and support on a monthly basis.
If you would like to take your website files elsewhere you may purchase your website from us for a one-off fee.
