What Will You Do?
- Client Services: Be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with stellar customer service via emails and calls.
- Proposal Development: Craft and dispatch bespoke business proposals to both potential and existing clients.
- Project Coordination: Manage staff schedules and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Content Management: Assist in updating and maintaining content on our company website and social media channels.
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling and basic bookkeeping, to facilitate smooth operational flow.
- Marketing Assistance: Support the team in implementing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing initiatives.
Working Hours
You’ll be dealing with Western accounts so the working hours are Mon – Fri, 09:00 to 17:00 UK Time (GMT).
What Do We Need From You?
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as you'll be interacting with international clients and managing English content. Please do not apply if your English is not excellent.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Multitasking Ability: The capability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office and content management systems is a plus.
